Chefs & More, based in the South West of England, are a rising recruitment agency specialising in both permanent and temporary staff for the hospitality sector.
As the company grew and anticipated further growth going forward, they approached Promote Marketing in early 2019 to undertake an audit of their current brand. They wanted to 'future-proof' their marketing output to ensure a consistent and sustainable marketing function that they wouldn't outgrow any time soon.
A big focus of the work undertaken was to maximise their online presence to pro-actively harvest hospitality candidates for their clients, in an increasingly competitive sector.
